ATTORNEY BIO:

Barbara Ivarine Suri is a 1984 law graduate of Georgetown University Law Center in Washington, D.C., and a former senior Immigration District Adjudications Officer in the legacy U.S. Immigration & Naturalization Service (INS). For more than thirteen years she received Government training and applied immigration laws, policies and procedures to the adjudication of more than 80,000 cases for immigration benefits. For the last six years, she has applied this knowledge to the benefit of clients.

Attorney Suri is a member of the legal bars of Pennsylvania, the District of Columbia, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia, and the U.S. Supreme Court.

Attorney obtained both her Bachelors of Art Degree (Philosophy) and her Masters of Public Administration at Howard University in Washington, D.C.

Attorney Suri is currently a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, the National Association of Foreign Student Advisors, and Rotary International.
